DEAIMER (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED — Effective 1 June 2025

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by DEAIMER (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Deaimer"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Deaimer provides AI data services including data collection, annotation and labelling, human evaluation, transcription, and managed workforce solutions. Specific service terms, deliverables, and SLAs are set out in individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) agreed with each client.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise our proprietary content without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Deaimer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deaimer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid to Deaimer in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Deaimer does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

8. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
