A workforce you can trust at enterprise scale.
40,000+ vetted contributors across 38 regions. Expert sourcing, managed operational teams, role-based placement, and strict compliance standards — all under one operational umbrella.
Not a marketplace. A managed operation.
Most data vendors run marketplaces: anonymous workers, rush-bidding, race-to-the-bottom pricing. We don't. Every Deaimer contributor is vetted, trained, and managed by a regional lead who knows them by name.
That shows up in your data quality. It also shows up in worker welfare. Our 12-month retention rate is 84% — more than double the industry average — because we treat our workforce as colleagues, not commodities.
What we provide.
Expert sourcing & vetting
Domain-tested, language-screened, background-checked contributors — never gig-marketplace drop-ins.
Our regional recruiting teams maintain proprietary panels across every major language market. When you need 200 specialist radiologists or 50 Pashto speakers with coding experience, we have the pipeline.
Credential verification
Medical licenses, legal bars, academic credentials, and professional certifications verified at source.
Language proficiency testing
Native-speaker assessment with written and spoken evaluation, not self-reported CEFR levels.
Background checks
Compliance-grade identity verification, work authorization, and criminal history where applicable.
Domain tests
Project-specific skill tests calibrated against gold standards before live work assignment.
Managed operational teams
Project leads, QA specialists, delivery managers — your team isn't just labelers, it's a full operation.
Every engagement ships with a full operational hierarchy: project lead as your single point of contact, QA specialists running quality gates, team leads managing annotator performance, and regional coordinators handling logistics.
Dedicated project leads
Your single POC for scope, quality, timeline, and escalation. Responsive within hours.
QA team on every project
Ratio of 1 QA to 10–15 annotators running samples, gold sets, and audits.
Team leads
Daily standups, annotator coaching, and on-the-ground problem resolution.
Delivery ops
Schedule, throughput, SLA management, and cross-project resource balancing.
Role-based placement
Match contributors by skill level, language, and domain — not just headcount.
Our internal skill-graph catalogs every contributor's history, languages, domain experience, tooling fluency, and quality profile. Matching is precise — not "here's 50 annotators, good luck."
Skill-based routing
Algorithmic match by task type, complexity, and language to optimize quality.
Specialist on-call
Rare skills (rare languages, legal, clinical) pulled from reserve panels on demand.
Career progression
Annotators graduate to QA, team leads, and project management roles.
Performance-based tiers
Top contributors get priority on highest-value work, reinforcing quality.
Compliance & ethics
Fair-pay, worker welfare, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA — treated as engineering disciplines, not checkboxes.
Fair pay floors, transparent rate cards, independent labor audits, mental-health protections on high-volume exposure content, and full audit trails. Your legal team will thank you.
Fair-pay commitments
Regional living-wage floors, transparent rate cards, no commission markups on pay.
Welfare-first scheduling
No all-night rush jobs. Volume planned weeks in advance. Trauma-informed protocols.
Independent audits
Annual third-party labor audits with published summaries for every region.
SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA
Compliant data handling, role-based access, audit logs retained seven years.

Common questions.
How fast can you scale a team up?
72 hours to stand up a new team of 20–50 contributors for a standard project. Ramp to 200+ typically takes 2 weeks. Specialist roles (medical, legal) take longer — we'll give you a firm timeline on the first call.
Can contributors work in our own tooling?
Yes. We work in Labelbox, Scale Rapid, Label Studio, CVAT, or your custom platforms. We also provide our own portals if you'd prefer.
What's your pay structure?
Time-based and piece-rate both supported. Rates are transparent and benchmarked against regional living wage. No commission markups on contributor pay — our margin is in the platform and management fees.
How do you handle confidential data?
Dedicated clean-room teams work in air-gapped environments. Role-based access control, full audit logs, and region-locked data storage for GDPR and data residency compliance.
Can we meet the team?
Yes, and we encourage it. Clients visit our Faisalabad, Nairobi, and São Paulo offices regularly. Video-only meetings also available.
What about specialty languages?
We have active contributor panels in 90+ languages, including low-resource languages like Pashto, Amharic, Yoruba, Tagalog, Quechua. Ask — chances are we can cover it.
